Justin Fisk
Executive Director
Justin Fisk is the executive director and founder of Optima. Justin has a long history in working with individual clients on complex research projects, focusing on financial services, international trade, and global supply chains. Justin's data and findings have been referenced and utilized by government entities, think-tanks, academic researchers, private and publicly traded companies, trade associations, and non-profit organizations.
Justin graduated from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. Today, Justin teaches a graduate course at the Elliott School titled, “Analyzing International Economic Data.”
