What we do
Optima focuses on mining, organizing, analyzing, and describing trends in international data, largely from public or private databases. We also have experience in submitting comments to the Federal Register and state regulatory agencies; filing open records requests or FOIAs at the federal and state levels; and developing reports and primers on complex subject areas.

Justin Fisk
Executive Director
Justin Fisk is the executive director and founder of Optima. Justin has a long history in working with individual clients on complex research projects, focusing on financial services, international trade, and global supply chains. Justin's data and findings have been referenced and utilized by government entities, think-tanks, academic researchers, private and publicly traded companies, trade associations, and non-profit organizations.
Justin graduated from the Elliott School of International Affairs at The George Washington University. Today, Justin teaches a graduate course at the Elliott School titled, “Analyzing International Economic Data.”
Jasmin Picariello
Project Manager
Jasmin Picariello is a project manager for Optima. Jasmin plays a vital role in supporting clients and team members at Optima, bringing innovation and business development initiatives to the organization.
Jasmin graduated from Wisconsin University Eau Claire MBA Program and from Nazareth College with a BS in International Business and Chinese Studies.
